| | শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু। |

| | يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَوْفُواْ بِالْعُقُودِ أُحِلَّتْ لَكُم
بَهِيمَةُ الأَنْعَامِ إِلاَّ مَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْكُمْ غَيْرَ مُحِلِّي
الصَّيْدِ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ إِنَّ اللّهَ يَحْكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ | (1 |
| মুমিনগণ,
তোমরা অঙ্গীকারসমূহ পূর্ন কর। তোমাদের জন্য চতুষ্পদ জন্তু হালাল করা
হয়েছে, যা তোমাদের কাছে বিবৃত হবে তা ব্যতীত। কিন্তু এহরাম বাধাঁ অবস্থায়
শিকারকে হালাল মনে করো না! নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তা’আলা যা ইচ্ছা করেন, নির্দেশ
দেন। | |
| O
you who believe! Fulfill (your) obligations. Lawful to you (for
food) are all the beasts of cattle except that which will be announced
to you (herein), game (also) being unlawful when you assume Ihrâm for
Hajj or ’Umrah (pilgrimage). Verily, Allâh commands that which He
wills. | |

| | يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تُحِلُّواْ شَعَآئِرَ اللّهِ وَلاَ
الشَّهْرَ الْحَرَامَ وَلاَ الْهَدْيَ وَلاَ الْقَلآئِدَ وَلا آمِّينَ
الْبَيْتَ الْحَرَامَ يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلاً مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرِضْوَانًا
وَإِذَا حَلَلْتُمْ فَاصْطَادُواْ وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ
أَن صَدُّوكُمْ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ أَن تَعْتَدُواْ
وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى الْبرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى
الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ شَدِيدُ
الْعِقَابِ | (2 |
| হে
মুমিনগণ! হালাল মনে করো না আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহ এবং সম্মানিত মাসসমূহকে
এবং হরমে কুরবানীর জন্যে নির্দিষ্ট জন্তুকে এবং ঐসব জন্তুকে, যাদের গলায়
কন্ঠাভরণ রয়েছে এবং ঐসব লোককে যারা সম্মানিত গৃহ অভিমুখে যাচ্ছে, যারা
স্বীয় পালনকর্তার অনুগ্রহ ও সন্তুষ্টি কামনা করে। যখন তোমরা এহরাম থেকে
বের হয়ে আস, তখন শিকার কর। যারা পবিত্র মসজিদ থেকে তোমাদেরকে বাধা প্রদান
করেছিল, সেই সম্প্রদায়ের শুত্রুতা যেন তোমাদেরকে সীমালঙ্ঘনে প্ররোচিত না
করে। সৎকর্ম ও খোদাভীতিতে একে অন্যের সাহায্য কর। পাপ ও সীমালঙ্ঘনের
ব্যাপারে একে অন্যের সহায়তা করো না। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তা’আলা
কঠোর শাস্তিদাতা। | |
| O
you who believe! Violate not the sanctity of the Symbols of Allâh, nor
of the Sacred Month, nor of the animals brought for sacrifice, nor the
garlanded people or animals, etc. [Marked by the garlands on their
necks made from the outer part of the treestems (of Makkah) for their
security], nor the people coming to the Sacred House (Makkah), seeking
the bounty and good pleasure of their Lord. But when you finish the
Ihrâm (of Hajj or ’Umrah), you may hunt, and let not the hatred of some
people in (once) stopping you from AlMasjidalHarâm (at Makkah) lead
you to transgression (and hostility on your part). Help you one
another in AlBirr and AtTaqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but
do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear
Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Severe in punishment. | |

| | حُرِّمَتْ
عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالْدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ وَمَا أُهِلَّ
لِغَيْرِ اللّهِ بِهِ وَالْمُنْخَنِقَةُ وَالْمَوْقُوذَةُ
وَالْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَالنَّطِيحَةُ وَمَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِلاَّ مَا
ذَكَّيْتُمْ وَمَا ذُبِحَ عَلَى النُّصُبِ وَأَن تَسْتَقْسِمُواْ
بِالأَزْلاَمِ ذَلِكُمْ فِسْقٌ الْيَوْمَ يَئِسَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن
دِينِكُمْ فَلاَ تَخْشَوْهُمْ وَاخْشَوْنِ الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ
دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ الإِسْلاَمَ
دِينًا فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لِّإِثْمٍ
فَإِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ | (3 |
| তোমাদের
জন্যে হারাম করা হয়েছে মৃত জীব, রক্ত, শুকরের মাংস, যেসব জন্তু আল্লাহ
ছাড়া অন্যের নামে উৎসর্গকৃত হয়, যা কন্ঠরোধে মারা যায়, যা আঘাত লেগে মারা
যায়, যা উচ্চ স্থান থেকে পতনের ফলে মারা যা, যা শিং এর আঘাতে মারা যায় এবং
যাকে হিংস্র জন্তু ভক্ষণ করেছে, কিন্তু যাকে তোমরা যবেহ করেছ। যে জন্তু
যজ্ঞবেদীতে যবেহ করা হয় এবং যা ভাগ্য নির্ধারক শর দ্বারা বন্টন করা হয়। এসব
গোনাহর কাজ। আজ কাফেররা তোমাদের দ্বীন থেকে নিরাশ হয়ে গেছে। অতএব
তাদেরকে ভয় করো না বরং আমাকে ভয় কর। আজ আমি তোমাদের জন্যে তোমাদের
দ্বীনকে পূর্নাঙ্গ করে দিলাম, তোমাদের প্রতি আমার অবদান সম্পূর্ণ করে
দিলাম এবং ইসলামকে তোমাদের জন্যে দ্বীন হিসেবে পছন্দ করলাম। অতএব যে
ব্যাক্তি তীব্র ক্ষুধায় কাতর হয়ে পড়ে; কিন্তু কোন গোনাহর প্রতি প্রবণতা
না থাকে, তবে নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তা’আলা ক্ষমাশীল। | |
| Forbidden
to you (for food) are: Al-Maytatah (the dead animals - cattle-beast not
slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and the meat of that which has
been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allâh, or has been
slaughtered for idols, etc., or on which Allâh’s Name has not been
mentioned while slaughtering, and that which has been killed by
strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the
goring of horns - and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild
animal - unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) and
that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) on AnNusub (stone
altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or
decision, (all) that is Fisqun (disobedience of Allâh and
sin). This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of
your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have
perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have
chosen for you Islâm as your religion. But as for him who is forced
by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these
above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allâh is OftForgiving, Most
Merciful. | |

| | يَسْأَلُونَكَ
مَاذَا أُحِلَّ لَهُمْ قُلْ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَمَا
عَلَّمْتُم مِّنَ الْجَوَارِحِ مُكَلِّبِينَ تُعَلِّمُونَهُنَّ مِمَّا
عَلَّمَكُمُ اللّهُ فَكُلُواْ مِمَّا أَمْسَكْنَ عَلَيْكُمْ وَاذْكُرُواْ
اسْمَ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ سَرِيعُ الْحِسَابِ | (4 |
| তারা
আপনাকে জিজ্ঞেস করে যে, কি বস্তু তাদের জন্যে হালাল? বলে দিন, তোমাদের
জন্যে পবিত্র বস্তুসমূহ হালাল করা হয়েছে। যেসব শিকারী জন্তুকে তোমরা
প্রশিক্ষণ দান কর শিকারের প্রতি প্রেরণের জন্যে এবং ওদেরকে ঐ পদ্ধতিতে
প্রশিক্ষণ দাও, যা আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন। এমন শিকারী জন্তু যে
শিকারকে তোমাদের জন্যে ধরে রাখে, তা খাও এবং তার উপর আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ
কর। আল্লাহকে ভয় করতে থাক। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সত্ত্বর হিসাব গ্রহণকারী। | |
| They
ask you (O Muhammad SAW) what is lawful for them (as food ). Say:
”Lawful unto you are AtTayyibât [all kind of Halâl (lawfulgood) foods
which Allâh has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk
products, fats, vegetables and fruits, etc.)]. And those beasts and
birds of prey which you have trained as hounds, training and teaching
them (to catch) in the manner as directed to you by Allâh; so eat of
what they catch for you, but pronounce the Name of Allâh over it, and
fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is Swift in reckoning.” | |

| | الْيَوْمَ
أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ وَطَعَامُ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ
حِلٌّ لَّكُمْ وَطَعَامُكُمْ حِلُّ لَّهُمْ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ
الْمُؤْمِنَاتِ وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ الْكِتَابَ مِن
قَبْلِكُمْ إِذَا آتَيْتُمُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ مُحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ
مُسَافِحِينَ وَلاَ مُتَّخِذِي أَخْدَانٍ وَمَن يَكْفُرْ بِالإِيمَانِ
فَقَدْ حَبِطَ عَمَلُهُ وَهُوَ فِي الآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ | (5 |
| আজ
তোমাদের জন্য পবিত্র বস্তুসমূহ হালাল করা হল। আহলে কিতাবদের খাদ্য
তোমাদের জন্যে হালাল এবং তোমাদের খাদ্য তাদের জন্য হালাল। তোমাদের জন্যে
হালাল সতী-সাধ্বী মুসলমান নারী এবং তাদের সতী-সাধ্বী নারী, যাদেরকে কিতাব
দেয়া হয়েছে তোমাদের পূর্বে, যখন তোমরা তাদেরকে মোহরানা প্রদান কর
তাদেরকে স্ত্রী করার জন্যে, কামবাসনা চরিতার্থ করার জন্যে কিংবা গুপ্ত
প্রেমে লিপ্ত হওয়ার জন্যে নয়। যে ব্যক্তি বিশ্বাসের বিষয় অবিশ্বাস করে, তার
শ্রম বিফলে যাবে এবং পরকালে সে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে। | |
| Made
lawful to you this day are AtTayyibât [all kinds of Halâl (lawful)
foods, which Allâh has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals,
etc., milk products, fats, vegetables and fruits, etc.). The food
(slaughtered cattle, eatable animals, etc.) of the people of the
Scripture (Jews and Christians) is lawful to you and yours is lawful to
them. (Lawful to you in marriage) are chaste women from the
believers and chaste women from those who were given the Scripture (Jews
and Christians) before your time, when you have given their due Mahr
(bridal money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage),
desiring chastity (i.e. taking them in legal wedlock) not
committing illegal sexual intercourse, nor taking them as
girl-friends. And whosoever disbelieves in the Oneness of Allâh and
in all the other Articles of Faith [i.e. His (Allâh’s), Angels,
His Holy Books, His Messengers, the Day of Resurrection and AlQadar
(Divine Preordainments)], then fruitless is his work, and in the
Hereafter he will be among the losers. | |

| | يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ إِذَا قُمْتُمْ إِلَى الصَّلاةِ فاغْسِلُواْ
وُجُوهَكُمْ وَأَيْدِيَكُمْ إِلَى الْمَرَافِقِ وَامْسَحُواْ بِرُؤُوسِكُمْ
وَأَرْجُلَكُمْ إِلَى الْكَعْبَينِ وَإِن كُنتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُواْ
وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَى أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاء أَحَدٌ مَّنكُم مِّنَ
الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لاَمَسْتُمُ النِّسَاء فَلَمْ تَجِدُواْ مَاء
فَتَيَمَّمُواْ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُواْ بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُم
مِّنْهُ مَا يُرِيدُ اللّهُ لِيَجْعَلَ عَلَيْكُم مِّنْ حَرَجٍ وَلَـكِن
يُرِيدُ لِيُطَهَّرَكُمْ وَلِيُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ
تَشْكُرُونَ | (6 |
| হে
মুমিনগণ, যখন তোমরা নামাযের জন্যে উঠ, তখন স্বীয় মুখমন্ডল ও হস্তসমূহ
কনুই পর্যন্ত ধৌত কর এবং পদযুগল গিটসহ। যদি তোমরা অপবিত্র হও তবে সারা
দেহ পবিত্র করে নাও এবং যদি তোমরা রুগ্ন হও, অথবা প্রবাসে থাক অথবা
তোমাদের কেউ প্রসাব-পায়খানা সেরে আসে অথবা তোমরা স্ত্রীদের সাথে সহবাস
কর, অতঃপর পানি না পাও, তবে তোমরা পবিত্র মাটি দ্বারা তায়াম্মুম করে
নাও-অর্থাৎ, স্বীয় মুখ-মন্ডল ও হস্তদ্বয় মাটি দ্বারা মুছে ফেল। আল্লাহ
তোমাদেরকে অসুবিধায় ফেলতে চান না; কিন্তু তোমাদেরকে পবিত্র রাখতে চান এবং
তোমাদের প্রতি স্বীয় নেয়ামত পূর্ণ করতে চান-যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞাতা প্রকাশ
কর। | |
| O
you who believe! When you intend to offer As-Salât (the prayer), wash
your faces and your hands (forearms) up to the elbows, rub (by passing
wet hands over) your heads, and (wash) your feet up to ankles. If
you are in a state of Janâba (i.e. had a sexual discharge), purify
yourself (bathe your whole body). But if you are ill or on a
journey or any of you comes from answering the call of nature, or you
have been in contact with women (i.e. sexual intercourse) and you
find no water, then perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith
your faces and hands. Allâh does not want to place you in difficulty,
but He wants to purify you, and to complete His Favour on you that you
may be thankful. | |
| | | |
| | وَاذْكُرُواْ
نِعْمَةَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَمِيثَاقَهُ الَّذِي وَاثَقَكُم بِهِ إِذْ
قُلْتُمْ سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَا وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ إِنَّ اللّهَ عَلِيمٌ
بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ | (7 |
| তোমরা
আল্লাহর নেয়ামতের কথা স্মরণ কর, যা তোমাদের প্রতি অবতীর্ণ হয়েছে এবং ঐ
অঙ্গীকারকেও যা তোমাদের কাছ থেকে নিয়েছেন, যখন তোমরা বলেছিলেঃ আমরা
শুনলাম এবং মেনে নিলাম। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ অন্তরের বিষয়
সম্পর্কে পুরোপুরি খবর রাখেন। | |
| And
remember Allâh’s Favour upon you and His Covenant with which He bound
you when you said: ”We hear and we obey.” And fear Allâh. Verily,
Allâh is AllKnower of the secrets of (your) breasts. | |
| | | |
| | يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ كُونُواْ قَوَّامِينَ لِلّهِ شُهَدَاء
بِالْقِسْطِ وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلاَّ
تَعْدِلُواْ اعْدِلُواْ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ لِلتَّقْوَى وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ
إِنَّ اللّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ | (8 |
| হে
মুমিনগণ, তোমরা আল্লাহর উদ্দেশে ন্যায় সাক্ষ্যদানের ব্যাপারে অবিচল থাকবে
এবং কোন সম্প্রদায়ের শত্রুতার কারণে কখনও ন্যায়বিচার পরিত্যাগ করো না।
সুবিচার কর এটাই খোদাভীতির অধিক নিকটবর্তী। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর। তোমরা যা কর,
নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সে বিষয়ে খুব জ্ঞাত। | |
| O
you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allâh and be just witnesses and
let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be
just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allâh. Verily, Allâh is
WellAcquainted with what you do. | |
| | | |
| | وَعَدَ اللّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ الصَّالِحَاتِ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ عَظِيمٌ | (9 |
| যারা বিশ্বাস স্থাপন করে, এবং সৎকর্ম সম্পাদন করে, আল্লাহ তাËেদরকে ক্ষমা ও মহান প্রতিদানের প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছেন। | |
| Allâh
has promised those who believe (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic
Monotheism) and do deeds of righteousness, that for them there is
forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise). | |
| | | |
| | وَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ وَكَذَّبُواْ بِآيَاتِنَا أُوْلَـئِكَ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ | (10 |
| যারা অবিশ্বাস করে এবং আমার নিদর্শনাবলীকে মিথ্যা বলে, তার দোযখী। | |
| They
who disbelieve and deny our Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons,
signs, revelations, etc.) are those who will be the dwellers of the
Hellfire. | |
| | | |
| | يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ اذْكُرُواْ نِعْمَتَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ
هَمَّ قَوْمٌ أَن يَبْسُطُواْ إِلَيْكُمْ أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَكَفَّ
أَيْدِيَهُمْ عَنكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَعَلَى اللّهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ
الْمُؤْمِنُونَ | (11 |
| হে
মুমিনগণ, তোমাদের প্রতি আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ স্মরণ কর, যখন এক সম্প্রদায়
তোমাদের দিকে স্বীয় হস্ত প্রসারিত করতে সচেষ্ট হয়েছিল, তখন তিনি তাদের
হস্ত তোমাদের থেকে প্রতিহত করে দিলেন। আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং মুমিনদের
আল্লাহর উপরই ভরসা করা উচিত। | |
| O
you who believe! Remember the Favour of Allâh unto you when some people
desired (made a plan) to stretch out their hands against you, but
(Allâh) withheld their hands from you. So fear Allâh. And in
Allâh let believers put their trust. | |
| | | |
| | وَلَقَدْ
أَخَذَ اللّهُ مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَآئِيلَ وَبَعَثْنَا مِنهُمُ اثْنَيْ
عَشَرَ نَقِيبًا وَقَالَ اللّهُ إِنِّي مَعَكُمْ لَئِنْ أَقَمْتُمُ
الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَيْتُمُ الزَّكَاةَ وَآمَنتُم بِرُسُلِي وَعَزَّرْتُمُوهُمْ
وَأَقْرَضْتُمُ اللّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا لَّأُكَفِّرَنَّ عَنكُمْ
سَيِّئَاتِكُمْ وَلأُدْخِلَنَّكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا
الأَنْهَارُ فَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ مِنكُمْ فَقَدْ ضَلَّ سَوَاء
السَّبِيلِ | (12 |
| আল্লাহ
বনী-ইসরাঈলের কাছ থেকে অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছিলেন এবং আমি তাদের মধ্য থেকে বার জন
সর্দার নিযুক্ত করেছিলাম। আল্লাহ বলে দিলেনঃ আমি তোমাদের সঙ্গে আছি। যদি
তোমরা নামায প্রতিষ্ঠিত কর, যাকাত দিতে থাক, আমার পয়গম্বরদের প্রতি
বিশ্বাস রাখ, তাঁদের সাহায্য কর এবং আল্লাহকে উত্তম পন্থায় ঋন দিতে থাক,
তবে আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের গোনাহ দুর করে দিব এবং অবশ্যই তোমাদেরকে উদ্যান
সমূহে প্রবিষ্ট করব, যেগুলোর তলদেশ দিয়ে নিঝরিনীসমূহ প্রবাহিত হয়। অতঃপর
তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে যে ব্যক্তি এরপরও কাফের হয়, সে নিশ্চিতই সরল পথ থেকে
বিচ্যুত হয়ে পড়ে। | |
| Indeed
Allâh took the covenant from the Children of Israel (Jews), and We
appointed twelve leaders among them. And Allâh said: ”I am with you
if you perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât and believe in
My Messengers; honour and assist them, and lend to Allâh a good
loan. Verily, I will remit your sins and admit you to Gardens under
which rivers flow (in Paradise). But if any of you after this,
disbelieved, he has indeed gone astray from the Straight Path.” | |
| | | |
| | فَبِمَا
نَقْضِهِم مِّيثَاقَهُمْ لَعنَّاهُمْ وَجَعَلْنَا قُلُوبَهُمْ قَاسِيَةً
يُحَرِّفُونَ الْكَلِمَ عَن مَّوَاضِعِهِ وَنَسُواْ حَظًّا مِّمَّا
ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ وَلاَ تَزَالُ تَطَّلِعُ عَلَىَ خَآئِنَةٍ مِّنْهُمْ
إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً مِّنْهُمُ فَاعْفُ عَنْهُمْ وَاصْفَحْ إِنَّ اللّهَ
يُحِبُّ الْمُحْسِنِينَ | (13 |
| অতএব,
তাদের অঙ্গীকার ভঙ্গের দরুন আমি তাদের উপর অভিসম্পাত করেছি এবং তাদের
অন্তরকে কঠোর করে দিয়েছি। তারা কালামকে তার স্থান থেকে বিচ্যুত করে দেয়
এবং তাদেরকে যে উপদেশ দেয়া হয়েছিল, তারা তা থেকে উপকার লাভ করার বিষয়টি
বিস্মৃত হয়েছে। আপনি সর্বদা তাদের কোন না কোন প্রতারণা সম্পর্কে অবগত হতে
থাকেন, তাদের অল্প কয়েকজন ছাড়া। অতএব, আপনি তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করুন এবং
মার্জনা করুন। আল্লাহ অনুগ্রহকারীদেরকে ভালবাসেন। | |
| So
because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made
their hearts grow hard. They change the words from their (right)
places and have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to
them. And you will not cease to discover deceit in them, except a few of
them. But forgive them, and overlook (their
misdeeds). Verily, Allâh loves AlMuhsinűn (gooddoers - see
V.2:112). | |

| | وَمِنَ
الَّذِينَ قَالُواْ إِنَّا نَصَارَى أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَهُمْ فَنَسُواْ
حَظًّا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُواْ بِهِ فَأَغْرَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ
وَالْبَغْضَاء إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ وَسَوْفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ اللّهُ
بِمَا كَانُواْ يَصْنَعُونَ | (14 |
| যারা
বলেঃ আমরা নাছারা, আমি তাদের কাছ থেকেও তাদের অঙ্গীকার নিয়েছিলাম। অতঃপর
তারাও যে উপদেশ প্রাপ্ত হয়েছিল, তা থেকে উপকার লাভ করা ভুলে গেল। অতঃপর আমি
কেয়ামত পর্যন্ত তাদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক শত্রুতা ও বিদ্বেষ সঞ্চারিত করে
দিয়েছি। অবশেষে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্ম সম্পর্কে অবহিত করবেন। | |
| And
from those who call themselves Christians, We took their covenant, but
they have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them. So
We planted amongst them enmity and hatred till the Day of Resurrection
(when they discarded Allâh’s Book, disobeyed Allâh’s Messengers and His
Orders and transgressed beyond bounds in Allâh’s disobedience), and
Allâh will inform them of what they used to do. | |

| | يَا
أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ قَدْ جَاءكُمْ رَسُولُنَا يُبَيِّنُ لَكُمْ كَثِيرًا
مِّمَّا كُنتُمْ تُخْفُونَ مِنَ الْكِتَابِ وَيَعْفُو عَن كَثِيرٍ قَدْ
جَاءكُم مِّنَ اللّهِ نُورٌ وَكِتَابٌ مُّبِينٌ | (15 |
| হে
আহলে-কিতাবগণ! তোমাদের কাছে আমার রাসূল আগমন করেছেন! কিতাবের যেসব বিষয়
তোমরা গোপন করতে, তিনি তার মধ্য থেকে অনেক বিষয় প্রকাশ করেন এবং অনেক
বিষয় মার্জনা করেন। তোমাদের কাছে একটি উজ্জল জ্যোতি এসেছে এবং একটি
সমুজ্জল গ্রন্থ। | |
| O
people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Now has come to you Our
Messenger (Muhammad SAW) explaining to you much of that which you used
to hide from the Scripture and passing over (i.e. leaving out
without explaining) much. Indeed, there has come to you from Allâh a
light (Prophet Muhammad SAW ) and a plain Book (this Qur’ân). | |
