69) সূরা আল হাক্বক্বাহ (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 52

	بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
	শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।

	الْحَاقَّةُ	(1
	সুনিশ্চিত বিষয়।
	The Reality (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)!
	مَا الْحَاقَّةُ	(2
	সুনিশ্চিত বিষয় কি?
	What is the Reality?
	وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحَاقَّةُ	(3
	আপনি কি কিছু জানেন, সেই সুনিশ্চিত বিষয় কি?
	And what will make you know what the Reality is?
	كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وَعَادٌ بِالْقَارِعَةِ	(4
	আদ ও সামুদ গোত্র মহাপ্রলয়কে মিথ্যা বলেছিল।
	Thamûd and ’Ad people denied the Qâri’ah [the striking Hour (of Judgement)]!
	فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ	(5
	অতঃপর সমুদ গোত্রকে ধ্বংস করা হয়েছিল এক প্রলয়ংকর বিপর্যয় দ্বারা।
	As for Thamûd, they were destroyed by the awful cry!
	وَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِرِيحٍ صَرْصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٍ	(6
	এবং আদ গোত্রকে ধ্বংস করা হয়েছিল এক প্রচন্ড ঝঞ্জাবায়ূ,
	And as for ’Ad, they were destroyed by a furious violent wind;
	سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍ وَثَمَانِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًا فَتَرَى الْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَى كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍ	(7
	যা তিনি প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন তাদের উপর সাত রাত্রি ও আট দিবস পর্যন্ত অবিরাম। আপনি তাদেরকে দেখতেন যে, তারা অসার খর্জুর কান্ডের ন্যায় ভূপাতিত হয়ে রয়েছে।
	Which Allâh imposed on them for seven nights and eight days in succession, so that you could see men lying overthrown (destroyed), as if they were hollow trunks of date-palms!
	فَهَلْ تَرَى لَهُم مِّن بَاقِيَةٍ	(8
	আপনি তাদের কোন অস্তিত্ব দেখতে পান কি?
	Do you see any remnants of them?
	وَجَاء فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَن قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ	(9
	ফেরাউন, তাঁর পূর্ববর্তীরা এবং উল্টে যাওয়া বস্তিবাসীরা গুরুতর পাপ করেছিল।
	And Fir’aun (Pharaoh), and those before him, and the cities overthrown [the towns of the people of [Lout (Lot)] committed sin,
	فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَّابِيَةً	(10
	তারা তাদের পালনকর্তার রসূলকে অমান্য করেছিল। ফলে তিনি তাদেরকে কঠোরহস্তে পাকড়াও করলেন।
	And they disobeyed their Lord’s Messenger, so He punished them with a strong punishment.
	إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَى الْمَاء حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ	(11
	যখন জলোচ্ছ্বাস হয়েছিল, তখন আমি তোমাদেরকে চলন্ত নৌযানে আরোহণ করিয়েছিলাম।
	Verily! When the water rose beyond its limits [Nûh’s (Noah) Flood], We carried you (mankind) in the floating [ship that was constructed by Nûh (Noah)].
	لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَاعِيَةٌ	(12
	যাতে এ ঘটনা তোমাদের জন্যে স্মৃতির বিষয় এবং কান এটাকে উপদেশ গ্রহণের উপযোগী রূপে গ্রহণ করে।
	That We might make it a remembrance for you, and the keen ear (person) may (hear and) understand it.
	فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ	(13
	যখন শিংগায় ফুৎকার দেয়া হবে-একটি মাত্র ফুৎকার
	Then when the Trumpet will be blown with one blowing (the first one),
	وَحُمِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَاحِدَةً	(14
	এবং পৃথিবী ও পর্বতমালা উত্তোলিত হবে ও চুর্ণ-বিচুর্ণ করে দেয়া হবে,
	And the earth and the mountains shall be removed from their places, and crushed with a single crushing,
	فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ	(15
	সেদিন কেয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে।
	Then on that Day shall the (Great) Event befall,
