75) সূরা আল ক্বেয়ামাহ (মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ), আয়াত সংখ্যা 40

	بِسْمِ اللّهِ الرَّحْمـَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
	শুরু করছি আল্লাহর নামে যিনি পরম করুণাময়, অতি দয়ালু।
	Ayahs:   | 1-15 | 16-30 | 31-40 |
	لَا أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ	(1
	আমি শপথ করি কেয়ামত দিবসের,
	I swear by the Day of Resurrection;
	وَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِالنَّفْسِ اللَّوَّامَةِ	(2
	আরও শপথ করি সেই মনের, যে নিজেকে ধিক্কার দেয়-
	And I swear by the self-reproaching person (a believer).
	أَيَحْسَبُ الْإِنسَانُ أَلَّن نَجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُ	(3
	মানুষ কি মনে করে যে আমি তার অস্থিসমূহ একত্রিত করব না?
	Does man (a disbeliever) think that We shall not assemble his bones?
	بَلَى قَادِرِينَ عَلَى أَن نُّسَوِّيَ بَنَانَهُ	(4
	পরন্ত আমি তার অংগুলিগুলো পর্যন্ত সঠিকভাবে সন্নিবেশিত করতে সক্ষম।
	Yes, We are Able to put together in perfect order the tips of his fingers.
	بَلْ يُرِيدُ الْإِنسَانُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُ	(5
	বরং মানুষ তার ভবিষ্যত জীবনেও ধৃষ্টতা করতে চায়
	Nay! (Man denies Resurrection and Reckoning. So) he desires to continue committing sins.
	يَسْأَلُ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ	(6
	সে প্রশ্ন করে-কেয়ামত দিবস কবে?
	He asks: ”When will be this Day of Resurrection?”
	فَإِذَا بَرِقَ الْبَصَرُ	(7
	যখন দৃষ্টি চমকে যাবে,
	So, when the sight shall be dazed,
	وَخَسَفَ الْقَمَرُ	(8
	চন্দ্র জ্যোতিহীন হয়ে যাবে।
	And the moon will be eclipsed,
	وَجُمِعَ الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ	(9
	এবং সূর্য ও চন্দ্রকে একত্রিত করা হবে-
	And the sun and moon will be joined together (by going one into the other or folded up or deprived of their light, etc.)
	يَقُولُ الْإِنسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ أَيْنَ الْمَفَرُّ	(10
	সে দিন মানুষ বলবেঃ পলায়নের জায়গা কোথায় ?
	On that Day man will say: ”Where (is the refuge) to flee?”
	كَلَّا لَا وَزَرَ	(11
	না কোথাও আশ্রয়স্থল নেই।
	No! There is no refuge!
	إِلَى رَبِّكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ الْمُسْتَقَرُّ	(12
	আপনার পালনকর্তার কাছেই সেদিন ঠাঁই হবে।
	Unto your Lord (Alone) will be the place of rest that Day.
	يُنَبَّأُ الْإِنسَانُ يَوْمَئِذٍ بِمَا قَدَّمَ وَأَخَّرَ	(13
	সেদিন মানুষকে অবহিত করা হবে সে যা সামনে প্রেরণ করেছে ও পশ্চাতে ছেড়ে দিয়েছে।
	On that Day man will be informed of what he sent forward (of his evil or good deeds), and what he left behind (of his good or evil traditions).
	بَلِ الْإِنسَانُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ بَصِيرَةٌ	(14
	বরং মানুষ নিজেই তার নিজের সম্পর্কে চক্ষুমান।
	Nay! Man will be a witness against himself [as his body parts (skin, hands, legs, etc.) will speak about his deeds].
	وَلَوْ أَلْقَى مَعَاذِيرَهُ	(15
	যদিও সে তার অজুহাত পেশ করতে চাইবে।
	Though he may put forth his excuses (to cover his evil deeds).
